  • Payment and billing metadata provided by our payment processors (for example transaction identifiers, payment status, currency, amount, invoice references, and timestamps).
  • Communication and operational logs, including reminder send attempts, delivery outcomes, and action history for audit and support purposes.
  • Email opt-out records when you unsubscribe from promotional or cold-outreach emails (for example the email address and timestamp we store to honor your choice).
  • Technical usage data such as device/browser information, request metadata, and security logs.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the Services, including deadline tracking and exchange workflows.
  • Send operational communications, reminders, transactional notices, and support responses.
  • Process purchases, manage billing records, and troubleshoot payment issues.
  • Generate, store, and deliver documents and audit-related artifacts requested by users.
  • Maintain security, detect abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.

We may send email reminders and operational notifications related to your exchanges. Scheduled deadline reminders are delivered by email.

Optional phone numbers you provide may be used for manual, human-initiated voice outreach related to exchange deadlines and operational follow-up. We do not use phone numbers for marketing calls, automated SMS deadline alerts, or prerecorded/autodialed robocalls.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authority and consent before submitting phone numbers for investors, realtors, or other third parties.

To update or remove a phone number, edit your exchange profile in the dashboard or email [email protected]. Delivery, timing, and availability of communications depend on third-party providers and network conditions and are not guaranteed.

We may send occasional promotional or cold-outreach emails separate from in-product exchange reminders. Those messages include a personalized unsubscribe link. When you complete that flow, we record your email address in an internal suppression list so we do not send further promotional or cold-outreach emails to that address. Opting out of promotional emails does not remove you from transactional or service-related messages if you are an active customer (for example deadline reminders you configured in your account).

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain auditability, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and jurisdiction.

We retain email suppression records for as long as needed to honor opt-out requests, which may include retaining them indefinitely unless deletion is required by law or you request otherwise where applicable.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
