Disclosure
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This Disclosure provides important notices about service scope, limitations, and third-party dependencies.
Important
The 1031 Sentinel is a tracking and workflow support platform. It is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, investment advisor, Qualified Intermediary, or escrow provider.
1. No Professional Advice
Content, alerts, generated outputs, and system suggestions are informational and operational only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
2. Responsibility for Compliance
You remain solely responsible for validating exchange deadlines, tax treatment, identification rules, documentation, and all regulatory obligations with your own professional advisors.
3. Best-Effort Communications
Scheduled deadline reminders are sent by email through third-party providers. Email delivery, timing, filtering, and availability are not guaranteed.
If you provide an optional phone number, we may place manual, human-initiated voice calls for urgent deadline-related operational outreach. We do not send automated SMS deadline alerts or prerecorded/autodialed robocalls. Call attempts, timing, and reachability are not guaranteed.
Occasional promotional or cold-outreach emails are separate from scheduled exchange deadline reminders and include an opt-out mechanism; see our Privacy Policy for how we honor unsubscribe requests.
4. Pro Branded Client Experience
Subscribing professionals may optionally enable branded client experience that shows a firm display name and/or logo in parts of the Services and certain transactional emails sent to clients they invite. The platform remains operated by The 1031 Sentinel.
Display of a professional's name or logo does not mean we endorse, supervise, or assume responsibility for that firm or its advice. Clients and other recipients should continue to rely on their own Qualified Intermediary, tax professionals, and legal counsel.
Some communications may remain Sentinel-branded even when branded client experience is enabled (for example certain regulatory or third-party workflow notices, including identification letters). Branding may be disabled by the professional or removed by us if we reasonably believe it is misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with our policies.
5. Third-Party Services and Documents
The Services may rely on third-party services for authentication, billing, messaging, e-signature, storage, and workflow orchestration. Third-party terms, uptime, and processing practices apply independently.
6. Data Accuracy and Timeliness
Deadline computations and notices depend on information you provide. Inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed data input can affect outputs and reminder behavior.
7. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Planned changes may be announced in-product when practical.
8. Forward-Looking Statements
Product roadmaps, feature references, or performance descriptions may include forward-looking statements that are subject to change without notice.
